Park Lake Neighborhood House

Debrah was responsible for the extensive renovation of the Park Lake Neighborhood House Community Center. The facility, comprised of two duplex apartments, was formerly owned by the King County Housing Authority and was built during World War II. The project encompassed gutting both buildings and required a total redesign to accommodate the administrative needs of running the center, as well as a number of low-income assistance programs, and a facility for community gatherings and meetings. Project size: $140,000.
