| The Broadway Condominium is a three unit, 17,000 square foot, concrete, stone and stucco structure with
roof top parking. Located on the western slope of Capitol Hill in Seattle, the building stepped down the hill with
each unit encompassing one entire floor. Each unit featured full views of Lake Union and the Olympic Mountain
Range, from living rooms, dinning Rooms, bedrooms, and balconies. The site terraced down and around the building
to give each unit direct access to private courtyards which were connected by a garden walkway. Owner's had
the option to enter their unit by way of the terraced courtyards or through the main entry structure and elevator at
the top of the site.
