East Queen Anne Rennovation
This renovation began with a need to enlarge a small 1920's two-bedroom cottage and update its kitchen. It was quickly determined that the most affordable way to double the size would be to raise the first floor 18" to create a full 8'-0" room height in the daylight basement. This addition added a master bedroom suite, a bedroom, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a family room and a new open stairwell to the remodeled kitchen.
