| This prominent estate located
on Seattle's historic Capitol Hill. The original brick
structure, built in 1905 in a Georgian Style was remodeled in
1920, by noted architect Carl F. Gould, into a
Spanish Mediterranean style home. By the 1990's the
building required extensive repair due to years of neglect and
water damage. Debrah was commissioned to assist with
the restoration of the main body of the mansion, and with
the remodeling of the third floor servants quarters into
family living quarters. In a third phase of work the coach
house was repaired and remodeled into a guest house. Care
was taken throughout to restore this estate to its original
quality with careful detailing and fine craftsmanship.
