| These four townhouses were designed to create the best in urban living with the feel of four separate homes,
but attached to maximize the efficient use of the site. The design is an appropriate response to its established
residential neighborhood in its scale and detailing. It incorporates separate identifiable walk up entries and yards from
the sidewalk as well as separate garages from a shared driveway. Each townhouse has a spacious entry and living
area, carefully positioned windows to optimize views and natural light, and rooms that flow together more like single
family homes then attached apartment units.
