| This West Seattle home's exisiting kitchen was a cramped dark space with a mis-matched collection of dilapidated cabinets. A situation that required a complete re-do. The remodel expanded the kitchen into an adjacent sun porch and dining room giving it light and space and making it the heart of this home. Along with a new kitchen the new layout also included a home office, breakfast nook, and solid double pocket doors into the new dining room. |

Phinney Ridge 2nd Floor AdditionThis Phinney Ridge Remodel is a second floor addition to a 1930's bungalow home. The second floor doubled the size of the home, adding two bedrooms and two baths. Keeping the architectural integrity of the original style was accomplished by duplicating the style of windows, trim and bracket details. |
