| A ten acre North Bend site, located on Snoqualmie River under the shadow of Mt. Si, required a new home and
barn to be built above the 100 year floodway. Debrah was commissioned by the owners of this beautiful site to design
a Northwest Shingled River House with raised wrap around porches, river rock faced foundation, and an
expansive roof. The efficient 2,500 square foot home feature a timber trussed two storey living room with river rock fire
place. More intimate spaces niche into the central living spaces including the dining area, study, entry, and family
area balcony with views to Mt. Si. The barn will house horses, and sheep, with a second floor artists studio and office.
